Hurricane Ian Response

Several of our Category 5 K9s were able to help with the search following the devastating impacts of Hurricane Ian in southwest Florida. Canines Pferal, Kimber, Maui, Bones and Artimys (Pictured) were deployed in the Fort Myers area to search following the storm.

Please welcome K9 Rusty to the Shelter to Search program. He is working hard to get fit and ready to be a search dog.

K9 Dallas passed the entry test for urban search and rescue! He will be headed to his handler very soon!
